We provide an interactive appointment wizard to help schedule your visits. To maintain high-quality service for all clients, you agree to the following booking rules:

• Accuracy of Details: You must provide a valid name and active 10-digit mobile number to successfully register an appointment.
• Arrival Time: We request that you arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled slot. If you are running late, please call us at 099912 67770.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via call or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reallocate your time slot to walk-in clients if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.

3. Services and Pricing

Hair Studio Salon reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any styling, skin, or grooming services listed on this website without prior notice. We have explicitly removed all pricing from this website. Exact pricing details for your selected packages and services will be provided to you directly at the salon or upon calling us, and all bills are settled in-person after service completion.

4. Treatment Disclosures & Client Safety

Your safety and skin health are paramount. You agree to:

• Disclose any known skin allergies, chemical sensitivities, past reactions to hair dye, or medical conditions to your stylist or skin therapist before your treatment starts.
• Carefully follow any post-treatment care instructions provided by our certified stylists (e.g., hair wash restrictions after Keratin or Smoothening treatments).
• Acknowledge that chemical treatments (such as coloring, bleaching, rebonding, or spa therapies) carry natural risks, and the salon is not liable for unexpected reactions if prior history or sensitivities were undisclosed.

5. Code of Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a luxurious, relaxing environment for our clients. We expect all visitors to treat our styling staff, therapists, and other guests with respect. Hair Studio Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
